Jasmine (bottom) and Abu (top) 05/16/2025
This litter of Pups (Pup #1-Jasmine and Pup #2-Abu) mom, Annie had a rough delivery. She was pregnant with pups and had some complications with delivery. I almost lost my precious Annie. She was unable to take care of Jasmine and Abu after the first day. So, I became their mom and have been since that time. The days and nights have been challenging, and many prayers were prayed for Annie and the pups. Thanks to the Lord, my vets, my daughter who works at the vet's office and has given the care to Annie day and night also with many trips to the vet. The vets did not give much of a percent of chance of her getting through all of it. My daughter was heading home with her one day after work and she saw that her incision had opened up and she immediately called the vet and turned around to her back for emergency surgery. Annie has had her last litter of pups and will retire to live out her life without any more pups.
The pups were tube fed to begin with and then to a bottle. They are doing great now. So very loving and sweet. They love playing with one another. They are socialized with human contact because that is all they have known. I have been mom to them and most definitely will miss them. They are so precious and so amazing to watch them grow and to know that you had a special part in their life.
