Hi Mom Bonnie!
How are you? I am doing just fine! I really like my new home so far, and there is another little one that they call a "baby" just like me - my sister, Olivia. She and I have checked each other out. I've licked her toes a time or two, and she's checked my nose out! She cried when she first saw me, although I think that's because when Mom Cathy, Grandma, and I first got back to our house Olivia was asleep. After she woke up, I was put into my crate while Mom went to get Olivia up and changed - Mom wanted me there for when Olivia first saw me. Anyway, I fussed a bit, and Olivia heard me from her crib in her room and I think that made her cry. But after mom and Olivia came to the crate, Olivia checked me out for a little while. She cried some more, and then stopped crying and jabbered something at me that I didn't understand. From then on, she hasn't cried over me again! We've been checking each other out, and mom took some pictures. I think Olivia and I are going to be great friends!... Unquote

Just wanted to let you know that I picked Hailey up from the vet a little while ago, and they said she is perfect. Of course I already knew that.....they also said she's really sweet! I'll take her back next week for her shot. She and Olivia are doing quite well together. I got up earlier this morning to play with Hailey awile before Olivia got up, and she seemed to enjoy that! We are all enjoying her, Olivia included! Unquote

I just had to write right away and tell you what Hailey did a few minutes ago! I had taken her out about 45 minutes earlier, and she was a good girl. I had then started cleaning bathrooms while Olivia is sleeping. Hailey had been watching me, and running in and out from the bathroom to the kitchen, den, and back again. This went on for some time - I was cleaning and watching her play. Then, I realized I hadn't seen her for a few minutes, so I walked out into the den to see where she was. Would you believe she was standing at the back door looking at me? I put her leash on, took her out, and she peed! I'm sure we still have a long ways to go, but I was pretty amazed that she was asking to go out. Boy, was I proud of her! We always use the back door, so she knows right where to go. She's so good! She's also rather amusing with the dishwasher....our appliances in the kitchen are black, and they're really shiny. You can see your reflection in them, especially the dishwasher. Hailey loves to go up to it and look at herself! There are now several nose prints and lick-marks where she's checked herself out! It's funny. She also doesn't really run - she bounces around, and it's the cutest thing to watch. Yesterday she was running all through the kitchen and den, and she ran/bounced right into her water bowl. I had to clean it up, but I couldn't help but laugh - and of course she ran the other way as when the bowl flipped up and water went flying, it scared her and she ran the other way. It was hilarious! She really has a great and neat little personality and isso much fun. Unquote
Hailey is very loved by her new family. That is the greatest blessing of raising puppies. I am so blessed to know that the puppies make other families happy and my babies are in loving homes. Thanks for giving Hailey Rose Roberts a loving and caring home, which she so very much deserves. THANKS!

I have been receiving updates on Hailey weekly. Hailey and her family are still doing great. Olivia (little girl) and Hailey have became best buddies. They have a great time together and have learn to not be afraid of one another. Olivia was frightened to began with, but with patience from her mom and dad and even Hailey. They now play with one another. Olivia loves to reward Hailey with treats when Hailey takes “potty time” outside. No doubt, they will grow together and love one another for many years. They are forming a bond that when last a lifetime. It takes patience, understand, love and responsiblity when handling kids and dogs. This family has shown that they have all of these. Thanks for the loving home you have given Hailey and for the reports on Hailey that you give.
Hope that each of you enjoy the pics of Hailey and her family as much as I have.
